I just purchased an item on eBay, what do I do next?
Simply go back to the ad you purchased from and click the CHECKOUT button found at the top right and again under heading "Check-Out Instructions". DO NOT go through the eBay checkout system, as your total will be incorrect thus delaying your order. All of our ad listings contain a large Checkout button (Andale) that you simply click. Upon doing so our Checkout system will enable you to pay via PayPal or directly on our secure server with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. In addition, our Checkout system will provide you with instructions for mailing in a Money Order or Personal Check. Our Checkout system is quick and easy and will provide you with an order number for future reference.

We will also email you Checkout instructions within 2 hours of your purchase. These instructions include a link that you simply click. Once you click the link the Checkout system will do the rest. Our CHECKOUT SYSTEM IS MANDATORY. Why? For a variety of customer service and safety reasons! 1), it ensures that we capture your shipping information correctly and enables the automated fulfillment system we use to ship your item within 48 business hours. 2), our Checkout provides you with a receipt for your records. This receipt will enable you to track your package and will verify that you have paid for your item.

What methods of Payment do you accept?
Checks, Money Orders, Mail Payments
We accept personal checks and money orders! You must go through our Checkout for instructions on paying via the mail. It is extremely important that you include a copy of the receipt we provide you with when you send your payment so that we know who you are and what you are paying for. NOTE: Personal checks are held 15 business days. No exceptions please.

PayPal
We accept PayPal! Our Checkout system is integrated with PayPal. Simply click the Checkout button in the ad listing you won.

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
We accept all major credit cards. Our Checkout system is integrated with our secure server that accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Simply click the Checkout button in the ad listing you won.




Do you offer shipping Insurance?

Yes. Our Checkout system will enable you to add insurance to protect your shipment. Insurance is optional. We have had very few lost or damaged shipments. However, we will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment unless you purchase Insurance. Our optional insurance is $1.20 per package.

All packages and shipments include insurance! You are automatically covered in the event of shipping damage.




Do you leave Feedback and when will I receive it?
Yes. Our feedback posting are reactive and automated. If we get a positive feedback from you our system will automatically leave a positive feedback for you.

Our feedback policy is necessary due to our past experiences, which taught us that we did not always receive the feedback we earned. This is due to competitors looking to ruin our reputation or customers who are either angry at the world, or customers new an unfamiliar with the eBay feedback process. Our reputation is solid as evidenced by our eBay Power Seller status (eBay requires less than 2% negatives we are less than 1%) and by the thousands of feedback entries themselves. We suggest that you examine our feedback closely. You will see that we get more than just a positive but that most of our customers rave about our products, communication and quick shipping!

We believe that the only time a negative feedback is warranted is if we fail to deliver what we presented timely. Since we only carry quality products, describe our offerings truthfully, ship within 1-2 business days of payment, and replace all defective products, there should never be a reason to leave us a negative or neutral feedback entry. How much do I owe?
You will receive a winning bidder invoice from us within 2 hours of your auction win. Another way to immediately find out your total and complete your transaction is to go back to the ad listing you won and click the Andale Checkout button. It can be found at the top right and again under heading "Check-Out Instructions". Checkout takes less than a minute to complete. Our Checkout system will pull up all your eBay auction and eBay storefront purchases and consolidate them into one discounted invoice. The system will automatically recalculate and discount the shipping so that it correctly reflects multiple auction purchases.




How do I calculate what your shipping rate is?
Our shipping rate for all items is highlighted in large bold font under the heading "Payment & Shipping Info" in each and every ad listing. If you purchase more than one item, you only pay 10% of the base-shipping rate starting with the 2nd item. This 90% shipping rate discount applies to the 2nd item and all additional items purchased. The base shipping charge will only be for the most expensive item in the group purchased. In order to qualify for the 90% off shipping rate discount, all items purchased must be ordered together and shipped together. No exceptions please! Please note that the above information is for our Velpro eBay ID. For our iLoveNeon eBay account our shipping rate discount for multiple transactions is 50%. If you want to consolidate Velpro purchases with iLoveNeon purchases you will need to contact us at 1-800-490-9471.




What is your shipping method? Can I track my package?
We ship via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). The carrier we choose depends on your location and the weight of the item being shipped. We reserve the right to choose the delivery carrier. All packages shipped include a tracking number including a delivery confirmation number for USPS shipments.




How will I know my package shipped?
We will email you that your package has shipped the day we put it in route to you. Generally speaking, we ship within 1-2 business days of payment. Please note that we are located in Atlanta, Georgia so allow for the appropriate delivery time to your area. We will be happy to provide you with a UPS or USPS tracking number upon request. Please do not initiate this request until at least 7 days from the date you received your shipment sent notice. NOTE: Payment via personal check must clear 15 business days prior to shipment.




Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or Military APO?
No. We only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We apologize for this limitation but have found the delivery of packages to these destinations costly and problematic due to fraud. Any individual placing an order on eBay or our Websites will have their transaction cancelled. In addition, we will need to submit the order back to eBay via a NON PAYING BIDDER ALERT. We receive a lot of inquiries over this and unfortunately we are not in a position to offer any exceptions. We are truly sorry and hope the situation remedies itself over time.




Do you ship outside the U.S?
No. We do not accept any International orders of any type. We are sincerely sorry but this type of business has proven to be problematic due to fraud. Any individual placing an order on eBay or our Websites will have their transaction cancelled. In addition, we will need to submit the order back to eBay via a NON PAYING BIDDER ALERT. We receive a lot of inquiries over this and unfortunately we are not in a position to offer any exceptions.




How will I know that you received my payment?
We will send you an email notification that your payment has been received. Please note that we are located in Atlanta. We hold all personal checks for 10 business days for clearance prior to shipping. Given the current situation with the US Postal Service, please be extra patient. We request that you allow sufficient time before asking us to check on if your mail payment was received. In order to answer this question you will need to supply us with the item number, ending date, and your name and shipping address. Also include the date that you sent the payment and the method. Please direct payment inquiries to
help@velpro.net. If you paid via PayPal you can simply go to your PayPal account and see if we acknowledged your payment. If you paid via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express then you will have a receipt that is our acknowledgement.




Are all of your item offerings new non-refurbished products?
Yes, all of our products are NEW. Every item we sell is new in original factory sealed packaging. We do not sell refurbished items.




I have a question about one of your products. How can I get my question answered?

Why did I receive a Non-Paying Bidder Notice from eBay? What do I need to do?
We show you as unpaid. If you have not paid simply do so now. Simply refer to the item eBay shows that you purchased and click the Andale Checkout button listed under the heading "Payment & Checkout". Prior to filing a non-paying bidder alert with eBay, we email no less than (3) three reminder notices. We begin emailing reminder notices no less than 10 days post auction close. This payment reminder notice includes detailed instructions for payment. All correspondence regarding a reminder notice or an eBay non-paying bidder alert should be directed to
help@velpro.net. High eBay listing fees and commissions make it necessary to collect on all bids placed.




I paid and even received the item I purchased. Why did I receive a Non-Paying Bidder Notice from eBay?
We, unfortunately, still show you as unpaid. You may have in fact paid and even received your item but we were unable to identify your eBay ID and thus mark your transaction complete. Please email us your eBay ID, the transaction you paid for, the name you paid under, and when you paid. We will then correctly reconcile your transaction. Please email us this information to

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We stand behind each and every Velocity product! If you receive a defective item, you may request a replacement. We warranty all products for 90 days! (Warranty for all iLoveNeon items is 1 year!) Some products have manufacturers warranties that are much longer. Replacements for defective products must be requested prior to 30 days post item delivery. All replacement requests must be made by emailing us at
help@velpro.net to secure a return authorization number. Or you may call us regarding the return authorization toll free at 1-800-490-9471. Replacement requests cannot be granted until the item in question is returned. All sales are final.




I live in Atlanta. Can I pick up my item?
No. We do not currently have a local retail location and thus do not have local pick-up. No exceptions. We appreciate your understanding.




I am interested in a volume purchase. Do you Wholesale?
